Just a quick check-in to say thanks to everyone who posted vitamin recommendations. My doctor actually prescribed a B complex in addition to my multi last time I was there, but with all the diet stuff and a change in my routine, I totally forgot about both.

This is a tricky/stressful week for me, between nearby crime and the fact that we have started packing and hired movers but still don’t have a signed lease for our new place yet. All I want is a loaf of bread, but I refuse to fall off the wagon!
